We believe good food starts with good intentions

Our family has a desire to be closer to the land and believe that raising our own food brings a greater appreciation for the gifts God has given us.

We believe in ethical and humane treatment of our animals. They are an extension of our family. We give thanks for being blessed with being their caretakers.

We believe that being able to shake the hand of the farmer that grew your food creates a connection to appreciating how your food goes from field to fork.

Agriculture, whether it be small micro operations like our own or large farms, all serve a great purpose in feeding our community and the world. We all strive to be good stewards of the earth and to be good community partners.

We feel honored to play a part in our local food system.

We are a family who is committed to better food accessibility

Food is a basic need. Not for the exclusive few, but good food, healthy options that fuel our bodies to be their best, should be accessible to everyone.

Our commitment to food accessibility and justice is a personal one. We come from families who experienced food insecurity at one time or another. From generation to generation, this mission of feeding others is woven into the fabric of our family story.

It has led us to operate our farm on a social good model and give back to our community.

It has inspired our daughters to pursue careers working with food access, equity and justice.

And we hope that through this Farm Club, you will partner with us in this mission.

Farm access is healing

We know that access to green spaces and animals can be very therapeutic. It is for us. We have been so blessed to raise our family on this unique property in Canal Winchester.

Through different events we host like Cowboy Church, the Farm Hop, art classes or open market days, we hope that the connection to nature that is felt through a visit here is healing and brings joy.

The Farm Club will help us be able to continue to offer access through unique visit opportunities.
